Went here on a Saturday morning at 10am before the queue formed. Pretty good dim sum for the area & reasonably priced ($71 for 7 dim sum & a large pan fried noodles dish).

The typical dim sums we tried were pretty good. Crowded on weekend. You order from the list or you can wait for the cart which I don’t recommend unless you have all the time in the world and like everything in the cart.

Dim sum just ok . Nothing special . I order Milky custard bun (流沙包). The server warmed me , it won’t look like the photo . Its so small and like the size of a golf ball . I think is the frozen ones from the super market. Will not go back. Tai Yuan Seafood Restaurant is so much better for dim sum .

This place is absolutely disgusting. I went to dim sum with my family on August 1, 2017 and had a traumatizing experience. My grandma bit into a cockroach in the chicken feet and my little sister found plastic in her meatball. I would advise you NOT to eat here. My family and I are never going back here again.

Sub par quality dim sum for a restaurant. Not a lot of options. Everything was extra salty. Turnip cake has a funny taste and barely contain any turnip. Shrimp dumplings had this weird opaque color skin, not translucent. Wouldn’t eat here even if I had no other options. No condiments on the table, you’d have to ask for it. Chairs covered in stains. Tea pot covered in stains. Cups are cracked and chipped. The server that brought carts around rolled her eyes at us because we didn’t want any of the disgusting stuff on her cart. It is not cheap either. 5 items for $28+. If you are used to Koi Palace quality, don’t bother with this place. The only saving grace was that our waitress was very nice.

King Wah opens at 10 am so we lined up outside at 9 am (it gets packed on the weekends).

We have been coming to King Wah Restaurant for well near 40 years, since the 1970’s. This morning we went, made our order (about 8 items) and waited for over 1 hr 15 min while only served tea. We were told that our order was “on-the-way” a total of 3 times during the long wait. All other tables and guests around us were served within 10 minutes of their orders, and most had come in and seated well after we had been seated and made our order.

Pretty decent dim sum restaurant, not the best of the best, but a good go to for regular weekend tea. You’ll find your standard menu of plates here, haven’t noticed a particular signature dish that stands out. Dinner is again ok, but nothing special. Generally good enough for a family style dinner on a whim or for a event.

Reliable dim sum restaurant in Westlake. At this spot, you can simply order your items from a menu rather than wait for servers to come around to your table. I do prefer the traditional serving experience, but it’s great getting all the items you’re craving without having to wait! Definitely try new items to take advantage of the ordering system.

Came here for dinner. Clean well lit place. Good traditional Chinese food. That means that you should not be ordering things like chow mein and sweet and sour pork. Be a little adventurous and you shall be rewarded with good food.
