Three little pork ribs with store bought bbq sauce and two pieces of fried chicken (2 meat combo) for $21. But plenty of sides to get you full. Too expensive for what you get. First two photos are plateI ordered. The remainder of the photos are from Ranchway in Las Cruces (2 meat combo) which is actually 3 meat because they include their in-house made sausage. Bbq sauce is also made in house. Fall off the bone delicious. Only $14. Need I say more? Yeah I should. First the huge sides and small portion of meat is not missed. Second, bbq sauce should not be store bought if you want to stand out. Third, you will not make it if you don’t change it up. That’s all. Will not be going back even though the guys there were friendly.

BEST BBQ IN EL PASO! Hands down. The smoked ribs are tender and delicious, they don’t even need BBQ sauce, HOWEVER, I do recommend tasting the BBQ sauce because it’s fantastic. The smoked chicken is juicy and goes perfect with the BBQ sauce. King’s Fried Ribs are decadent, they’re battered and fried. The lemon pepper chicken is cooked perfectly and seasoned well. I tried the majority of the sides; the collard greens are incredible, mac n cheese is southern style homemade, cabbage is tasty, BBQ baked beans are sweet and savory and a must have, Cajun rice is perfectly seasoned. It’s not on the menu but the corn bread is sweet and perfectly baked. I had the pineapple tea to drink and it’s sweetened perfectly. The chef/owner is kind, helpful, and friendly! I loved the entire experience. GO NOW!

Man, I can’t even describe how good the food was, you have to go for yourself. I’m from the East Coast South and know a thing or two about some good Southern Soul Food. The smoked chicken was very flavorful without the BBQ sauce. The chicken was even better with the homemade BBQ sauce. The collard greens (OMG), reminded me of my grandmother’s greens and the Mac N’ Cheese reminds me of my mother’s recipe. If you want a taste of the East Coast Southern Soul Food, this is your place to go for sure. You will not be disappointed. The customer service is great and the owner is a personable person.

Clean restaurant, above and beyond friendly staff, and HEFTY SERVINGS! Meat (chicken, ribs, chopped pork & sausage) was tender, flavorful, and juicy. We got fried okra, bbq beans, Mac & cheese, and Cajun fries and WOW! I wish my stomach was bigger. Kings BBQ is absolutely my new go-to spot for the best BBQ in town!
