No frills bbq place. Place order at counter, cash only, they bring it to your table. Generous portions. A bowl of Brunswick stew is a pint container. Bbq is very tasty, not too vinegary. Hush puppies are great.

We got take out for the 1st time. When calling husband was trying to talk with a man, who told him 2 sides that’s it, so he chose 2. I went to pick up our meals, very lovely lady in the carry out area, already had our meals. We didnt know we would get sauce on our meat, they said its smoked turkey but didnt really taste a smoked anything, just sauce. Fries are cooked in old oil or maybe with other items, because they just have a very greasy fried flavor. I enjoyed the Cole slaw. Once we got home we had coleslaw fries and hush puppies in all the meals. Hoping it’s a bad day and not what everyones been raving about since we moved here. We will definately give them another try. Because we feel everyone can have a bad day.

I’m deeply disappointed in King’s BBQ. Witnessing discriminatory treatment of customers of color was disheartening. As patrons, we expect fairness and respect. This restaurant must address this issue and promote inclusivity. Until then, I cannot recommend the establishment, especially to people of color (black, hispanic, asian, etc.). The owner is absolutely rude and racist. DO NOT GO HERE.

Either you are open til the time you say you are or not. I even called to ask if there was a cut off time for buffet. I was told it was open til 8:30. However when I got there at 7:55 the waitress was saying it was closed and could do take out. Cashier did say I could look at buffet to see if I wanted it but wait staff who were cleaning tables was complaining and saying out loud they wereclosed to other staff. Very rude. And not spending 17.00 on a buffet to feel hostility. Very disappointed! So sad to have to leave a review but just ridiculous. Plus I drove from another town.This was for Kings on 70
