Longtime favorite authentic pit smoked BBQ joint in Eustis. They still have their famous signature mustard vinegar black pepper mop sauce , but now offer a sweet sauce version which is a milder option. Hard to beat this tasty FL BBQ

Been eating King’s since I was a kid. I’ve lived all over the south and nothing (NOTHING) comes close to their BBQ. They’re famous for their vinegar/mustard based bbq sauce. Has a little kick to it too!

I’ve been going to King’s since before I was born… many years ago! The best BBQ chicken and ribs ever! The mustard sauce is out of this world. The layered bread soaked in sauce is amazing… I try and stay away from white bread, this is just too good to pass up!

we ordered a whole chicken and a half of slab of ribs totaling 30.00. we received about 5 ribs and a half of chicken. Portions sure arent like they used to be.

First time I ate was 1965 age 11, ribs were again enjoyed in 1995. Our family purchased their sauce by the gallon. Hot mustard sauce is best I’ve had ever.

Very sad. I’ve been eating Kings since the early 70’s. Had not tried it since the new owners took over from the Alexanders. Don’t know what the deal is, but they have screwed around with the original formula. I immediately noticed that they even smelled different. They now seem parboiled and horrible- most likely to speed up the cooking process. The ribs I got were not the smoke infused deliciousness of the past 50 years, but some soggy mushy half attempt at the original. Gone is a long family tradition and probably the most authentic and original BBQ anywhere. While the new owners seemed nice enough, I don’t really care about that. I have driven over from Orlando since the days when King (Mr. Thomas) would lovingly mop up the slabs while swatting away flies through the screen while muttering “tender as a mother’s love”. Part of the disappearing landscape of old FLA. I hope the new owners take this message to heart and go back to the way it was. I may never know as it’s doubtful I’ll ever try it again.

I got two rib and wing combos. I got green beans And collard greens as sides. Green beans were so good!! The flavor of the ribs were pleasing to the palate to say the least. The wings were hot and fresh! I definitely wasn’t disappointed! If I’m ever back in this area this is a place I’d visit again! I got everything plain with no sauce because I follow the keto lifestyle. So that’s an option as well.

Oh my goodness! This place is so good! Puts many other bbq places to shame. The meat is so tender and juicy, the greens are so good! I don’t eat mac and cheese, but my kids couldn’t get enough and gobbled it up! Their cornbread was out of this world! Can’t wait to go back and get some more! Make sure you are very aware of your surroundings because the neighborhood is a little rough.
