I was a customer from the time they were opened. Not any more. Their consistent price increases and elimination of products makes this a no go for us anymore. I used to recommend them, but can’t do it anymore. Our typical take home order has increased over $20 in the last year. They’ve increased the price of the lunch special and have eliminated the soda. You now pay $3 for a tiny egg roll with lunch. They charge extra for the packets now. The money isn’t reinvested in the business. It’s dirty and in disrepair. Neon sign hasn’t worked in years. Shoddy plexiglass shields over counter. It’s become a blight in our town.

I moved into the area 12 years ago. It took me about 5 years before I discovered King’s Wok after trying others in the area. It’s your typical Chinese takeout restaurant. The food is always great.

There are a couple of very well known Chinese restaurants in Evergreen Park, but King’s Wok continues to be the best in my opinion, and has been for over 15 years. Their food is always fresh and properly prepared. They do their best to accommodate any special requests. Their portions are huge, to say the least. Their prices are very reasonable. Everything on their menu is delicious, but their pot stickers stand out above all the rest. Quality, quantity, value…what else do you need? Don’t waste your time with the “big guys” in town, King’s Wok blows them away.

No seasoning no flavor no nothing was very disappointing!! The chicken was very tough and rubbery, the steak followed right behind it seems like they need to let the food cook longer to guarantee that it’s done..

Very bland and disgusting. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and they gave me a cup of sauce on the side of chicken. By the time everything was mixed together, tasted so bland. Not my expectation for sweet and sour chicken at all.
