Definitely ordinary. Nothing at all. Wowed me. Definitely lacking on their friendliness. But the food was okay. The place was pretty clean. There is just nothing good or nothing bad about this place. I probably will not be stopping back. I was just another order. I asked for an Italian sub with extra onion. With mayo and with Italian dressing. It was a problem for them to put the dressing on for me. But did bring it on the side. Lol! There is a huge step in the front . Wheelchairs beware . God bless you and yours.

So, I order here a lot and the last order, it was late and I placed a order and when I got it, it wasn’t done, it was doughy. I called and they credited the pizza, not the calzone or their cold wings I ordered, cool! That was fine bc normally the food is good. When I called to make my next order, they didn’t just cook it, they made sure they sent it burnt. The wings were so burnt, there was no meat or bread on them. Please see attached pics. This stunt lost my complete business. It’s a shame.

I go into Giovanni’s for my pick up instead of their drive thru window, it located in the back of the bldg. This is the Kingston, O store. Always hot, smells so good, I sometimes sample it on the way home! I don’t recall any person being dissatisfied with them.

Had a extra large pizza pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and well done . It was simply delicious and fed 4 people . The crust was thin and crispy with the rest of the pie having a great taste. I will be back again soon !

Honestly was NOT impressed at all. I left the lady a decent tip . One Sandwhich wasn’t made correctly with gross lettuce on it, the extra cheese on the pizza and cheese Breadsticks wasn’t there.

We past this place on the way to get a puppy and I said on the way back we are getting a pizza from here. We ordered the meat pizza. It was huge, decently priced and the taste is pretty amazing. I would definitely get it again if I was traveling any where close to it.
