So I started eating here a little under a year ago and wow it has become my favorite restaurant, I used to eat here almost 3 times a week but now I try to go at least once a month as a treat to myself. The staff have always been nice and welcoming and ordering is really easy. I get hot pot when I go since I can’t have sushi due to fish/shellfish allergies and with hot pot I can choose things I know I can eat. The food is always fresh and they give good portions as well. I tell everyone to try it whenever I get a chance! There is a lot of construction but that’s Ohio for you! Still can’t recommend it enough! For those curious my family has gotten the hibachi and sushi and has said it is amazing

We stopped in for a fun date night. It was a fun experience. We ordered all you can eat sushi and all you can eat hotpot. As long as both people are eating all you can eat, you can share. It was our first time having hotpot but now that we know more of what we are doing we will go back and enjoy it even more. The price isn’t bad and you get your money worth! Staff was super sweet and helpful as well!

We ordered the hibachi and it was literally the best I have ever had.. the steak was tender, the flavors amazing!! We saw lots of people getting the crab boils too! Everyone loved their food. I hope more people visit here and keep this amazing place open!!! And let me tell you this place was decorated beautifully!

Been going here often for 2 years now, and the food has always been excellent, & so had the service, although there are days where they are short staffed, I’m always accommodated. It’s hard for me to believe the bad reviews people leave on this place. Never had a waiter/waitress be rude to me (so its probably the customer being a karen causing them to be rude) or they didn’t read the sign on if you over order you will be charged for the left overs, so they got mad when they either didn’t like what they ordered, or were being just straight up gluttonous with their order. 10/10 restaurant, they can take my money, always.

I have been coming to Kintaro at one location or another for years! While the food is undeniably good… the service is DEPLORABLE!!!! The woman who greeted us at the door most recently was disgustingly rude and abrasive… I actually considered leaving because it seemed as though mine nor the people that she rudely made wait over to the side were desirable or valuable customers!

Great place for hot pots. Cook your own food lots of items to choose from. My favorite is the sauce station. Making your own favorite dipping sauce. We tried it for two times now and still as good. Dinner hot pots offers more variety option than lunch. Food that makes you go back again and again.
