Had a great dinner here. Great atmosphere, good service, not overly crowded and best of all, certainly not Vail prices! Had the Brisket and Rib combo and both were excellent. Dog friendly. If you’re in the Vail resort and don’t want to pay Vail pricing for something good, this is worth the extra drive for sure!

This is a great local family spot. The food was great and the service is even better. Don’t forget to try the special cocktails, we basically got one each all amazing. The pricing is what you expect in a small town but big taste. We will definitely be back.

Best BBQ I have had in a long time. Stopped after a hike and it was a much needed. Service was great! Food was great! Jalapeño poppers were very good. Macaroni was not cheesy but flavorful and it had pickles which was good.

No holds barred the BBQ here rocks! I visit Vail almost annually from WI and I usually make a point of enjoying their award winning BBQ at the Vail’s Farmer Market and at their main restaurant in Minturn. I can confidently say is it is consistently outstanding!

I just came through Minturn with my girlfriend to go backpacking. We realized we were hungry so I hopped out of the car to see if we could get something quick to go. I happened to be served by the owner who was really cool and as friendly as could be. He advised me on what to order and within 10 min I was back in the car with a bunch of awesome food including pulled pork sandwiches, mac n cheese and coleslaw. Everything was so fabulous we stopped back by after our backpacking was done! I got the wings and she got the poboy, fried tomatoes, cole slaw and fries and literally ate all of it. I 100% recommend this awesome spot and will be coming through anytime I’m in Minturn!

Pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw is delicious, the beans are the kind of beans you crave later, and the hand-cut fries are perfectly seasoned and come out hot. We are passing through and came across Kirby’s and decided to stop and try it out, definitely a must see here. We also got to enjoy some live music tonight

Great food, nice place and friendly staff. The burgers are good, the fries are crispy and also the beer on tap was (amber) was very tasty. The waitress was a bit weird but friendly. The only downside was the fact that we did not find any shade under the umbrellas as the sun was already quite low, but who wants to complain about the sun shining
