This was our first visit here. We ate around 4pm so it wasn’t crowded. The atmosphere was quite and our waitress was very nice. I got the french onion burger and a bowl of french onion soup, very good. It had a strong beef broth that was enjoyable. The cheddar bacon burger was also good, the beef they used was tasty. The carrot cake was good but I have had better. Look forward to the next visit.

Friendly staff, tasty food, decent value – it’s great! It’s more bar than restaurant so come with that frame of mind. More geared toward fried food, we tried to stay on the healthy side and it was still good. Patio a bit loud from the busy street but as ambiance as it could be and rare to find outdoor dining in Cincinnati so was a welcome add.

What a neat little place! Ages range from younger to older, no intimidating people here, just good food, good service, and affordable prices. My only complaint was the TV by the restrooms was faster than the ones behind the bar which sucked while watching the REDS play.

Update visit 8/8/23: Fish was way overcooked outside was a dark brown and service was slow while the place was half empty which I think is normal for a Tuesday most places. This is a bit unusually, but your cooks should know the difference as fish is one of your signature dishes. I may hold off a bit coming back and see if the staffing improves. Still a solid and kind team of workers, do not understand last night it was off. Last review: For a bar this place has very good food. This is our replacement to Silver Spring House, staff is super and the place feels comfortable and warm. They love Elvis and Rock and Roll. Full bar and plenty of space to enjoy your friends and family for a meal lunch or dinner.
