I just sent for food and it was good and timing was good. One lady was nice or pleasant I should say and I guess the other lady because she wasn’t working, I thought she was rather rude. If you’re not working then you shouldn’t be in eye sight, no one knows if you’re off or working! Customer service is key

I have been going here for years the food is good , but the customer service is not so great they have attitudes like they don’t want to serve you or tell you they are not cooking what you may want. The cook needs to get some kind of organizatoin to him cooking and cook food the right way.

Definitely have to give a 5 star for customer service which is rare now days and the quality of the food was great and edible. The kitchen area was clean not like some of the other barbecue restaurants in the Cleveland area where the kitchen area and lobby lack the use of a mop and broom! Definitely will be my number one choice and will recommend to others!

Called in my order at 5:27 pm and was told it would take 20 minutes. Walked in and paid at 5:35pm and continued to wait. 20+ minutes go by so I ask how much longer on my order? Do you know she proceeds to tell me they didn’t even start my order and she’s about to go cook it herself smh. I then complain to the owner and she apologizes and says at least your food will be hot with a smile. I then say actually it would have been hot had they dropped my food on time because I was here to get it. Now it’s gonna be cold because I’m now late for my appointment and can’t enjoy the good tasty food.

I called to place an order around 10pm the lady answered the phone unprofessional and said we are not taking orders over the phone. Okay get there and nobody but 1 person was waiting on their food. Placed my order. Lady starts ringing me up I told her I was going to the ATM she got upset and said I have to pay for it first. I messed up the churches order. Not sure what the difference was had I been able to place a phone order A nice lady offered to pay for my food. In my opinion they should update they’re equipment to 2022. Train their employees on how to use it along with customer service etiquette . Then she said why people come in here with me no money. :-|
