To all Sushi lovers…this is a higher-end version of your typical Chinese owned and managed Sushi restaurant…the kind you find just about anywhere you go these days…I reserve 3 star ratings for these average restaraunts…this one deserved 4 stars…its at the top end of this style of food…service was very good. Food was fresh and well presented. Only the better Japanese owned restaraunts in Manhattan beat this place

BEST Japanese restaurant in the Carle Place/Mineola area! My partner and I were some of the FIRST people to visit here when it first opened. We were both in college back then and the woman that worked there and served us was always so friendly and remembered EVERYTHING! The food was top notch and always presented so beautifully and the ambience is very sexy with the colors of the lights and decor! And it’s DELICIOUS! Just thinking about it now makes my mouth water…

Very friendly staff, great ambiance, and furthermore great food. Everything is always fresh and the place is well kept. Due to construction in the parking lot parking can be a little bit of a chore at no fault of the establishment hence the five star rating. If in the area I would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the mood for some great sushi.
