We had the drunken noodles and the yellow curry. The sizes were very large and I had to take some back with me. You get a lot of rice. The gentleman and his wife were very nice and pleasant. He explained to me that they the use Thai peppers vs the generic Chinese peppers used by most places. Top notch and very quick service to be honest. I’m not used to such polite people to be honest. Really nice owners. I hope God will bless them.

If I could give Kit Chen Thai a 10+ I would. I’ve eaten here on several occasions when I’ve come to Warren MI. Chicken Pad Thai was delicious (both times I ate it , and today I had the Pineapple Fried Rice with chicken and thought it was too much food for 1 person but once I started eating it I couldn’t stop it was delicious. So friendly owners and staff and delicious large portions, it’s a must for Thai food.

I ordered the N3. Pad Se-Ewe with shrimp, medium spicy, with a Thai iced coffee. The iced coffee was a bit too sweet. The dish was too oily, and the huge chunks of omelette was unappealing. Worst of all was the shrimp. This was the first time I stopped eating the shrimp in a Thai dish. The shrimp tasted like they were on their last leg. The chilies they used had way more seeds than actual pepper flakes. And that is how I ended up with stomach pain and indigestion. The free fried veggie roll was a nice touch to the take-out order, but it ended up being the safest thing I ate. I won’t be going back. **UPDATE!** I tossed and turned all night and had painful bowel movements ongoing because of the excessive chili seeds. If it were more chili fruit instead of seeds, my GI tract would be fine! I still have pain the next day!
