I’ve been searching for a new sushi spot in the SGV for the longest time and the search is finally over! Thank you SGV Eats for showing me this place. The sashimi was so fresh and the cuts were nice and thick! Everything was delicious, we ordered a few rolls but forgot to take a photo. Anything with shrimp in the rolls were amazing because it was fried to perfection with not too much batter like other places. Can’t wait to try the other dishes here!

The saying “quality you can taste” didn’t make a comeback until I visited Kitaro! Sushi was so fresh. I’m definitely coming back and trying other dishes they can offer. Service was great. The servers brought out hot tea and edamame soon after ordering. There was a bit of a wait for the food, but it still came out within a very reasonable time. Especially, given the fact that we came during the dinner rush. The shrimply irresistible was my favorite and the scallop nigiri!

Came here for Mother’s Day weekend, for the yellowtail collar and Kitaro special roll! I came early but the restaurant got busy pretty quickly! Chef is really friendly and my mom (not a big sushi person) loved it!

New sushi restaurant in 626 with the freshest fish! spicy tuna don was a really big portion and the rolls have the right amount of fish/sauces. My favorite roll was the shrimply irresistible, a must try!!
