Go ahead and make a reservation just in case! We popped into Kitchen 27 during our most recent Philbrook visit. They were packed (a new exhibit opened this week) but we got in about an hour later after exploring part of the museum.

Excellent service. Very friendly & professional. The chef had a very nice take on pazole. The steak frites with sauteed vegetables were excellent. The steak was tender and flavorful, and the sauteed vegetables were nicely chared but still firm. The ravioli was savory, but a bit on the salty side. The baked Alaska was very nice. The selection of wines by the glass was very good. The Malbec had nicely structured tannins. The bright dinning room is very spacious and nicely decorated. Our dinner at Kitchen 27 was a delightful finish to a day at the wonderful Philbrook Museum.

Stopped by for a Sunday brunch. Start with the host after asking if we had reservations told us it would be 5 minutes or more to be seated. With a mostly empty seating area. I was ok with that however we started to wander and the host got upset and said I will seat you now. Wife got the blt Benny she was very happy with that even though her poached eggs were solid cooked. My over hard eggs however were over easy at best. The sausage was disappointing very little flavor. The bright side were the potatoes on My side. We ordered 2 diet cokes and not sure if the syrup ran out or the machine was not set correctly, but the tasted ice carbonated water.

Food was decent, but I felt really uncomfortable the whole entire time we were seated. Staff were constantly staring at me and my little family. Would definitely eat there again if it wasn’t so awkward. Usually Id leave a huge tip everywhere I eat, but I didn’t this time around.

Wonderful atmosphere with excellent service. The menu selection offers a wide variety of foods at a reasonable cost. The dining area is attractive and quiet. We look forward to another visit and meal at the mansion. Do yourself a favor and plan on,a meal at Kitchen27.

Kitchen 27 exceeded our expectations! First, order the cinnamon roll with orange glaze, take a bite then take the rest to go (if you have the willpower not to eat it all at once). Oh my goodness–this ranks in the top 10 cinnamon rolls I’ve ever eaten! And try the Shakshukrah with naan. So, so good.
