Hidden gem in Dubuque, Ia. If you haven’t been it’s the place to be and the place to be seen. The food, especially the burger and wings are the best coast to coast. Atmosphere and service are on point. Worthy of a Michelin Star Midwest style. And, the live music stylings via the proprietor brings it all the way home.

Kitchen Brigade recently opened for lunch on Friday and so I walked over there to try it. Nice little bar with mellow atmosphere. Tried the “Tom Jones” Polish sausage and it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back. Looking forward to trying their burger in the near future. Highly recommend.

Having had their food in Davenport, we’ve been looking forward to trying their food at Fox Den Motel. As expected, it was all top notch. We had the burger with side salad and an order of Animal Frites. All was delicious. We look forward to coming back.
