I usually order through Door Dash, but my significant other and I wanted to see this place in person. Inside was a bit discombobulated at first glance. Narrow hallway-like building. It looks like there was a Kiosk that use to work but everything is done via a QR Code. The inside smelled like old cigarettes. But I must say the food is amazing! Now I was wondering how things worked. An employee told me the company is hard to focus on outputting the food vs focusing on the front house. Non the less a brilliant idea especially for working with every food delivery service. I would say if you’re in the area it wouldn’t hurt to walk into the building to order. But I recommend ordering from the comfort of your home.

When I first started working in Clayton, I discovered this little gem. I tried it and the food was DELICIOUS. I told everyone where I work (which is a LOT of people) and they all tried it too. For a while, you would see those pink Taco Circus bags everywhere, everyone loved it. They even set up a discount code for those of us in the area who ordered so much.

Ordered on Super Bowl Sunday for a 5:45 pick up through their website directly. I am seriously fine with a 15 to maybe 30 minute wait if you’re slammed on a day like today. Instead there was no one at the host stand to answer questions or let you know if food is ready. When I called the number to see what was going on, it went to a voicemail box that had not been set up. After almost 35 minutes myself and many others were told anything ordered after 5:30 was disputed and cancelled. I got no email, no text, no call, nothing. The person who was telling us this I asked to speak with someone just to make sure I got my money back and they said a manager will be right out. 5 minutes later no one. Finally knocked on the door and the cooks tell me everything. No manager was placed on duty this evening (the Super Bowl) and their main chef who has been in the industry for years walked out so they had to close with last order in at 5:30. This is 100% on the owners and managers. I will never support a business that is run so bad that employees are obviously not being treated fairly and they seem to not care about their customers. This also applies to the other ghost kitchens that run in the same group.

I have tried almost every vegan options at Taco Circus and Bodega so far and loved it all. A little pricey but it balances out because it’s soooo much food. So excited to have more vegan options and it’s the only place I’ll drive to Clayton for. I was a little confused about the shared kitchen concept at first but I love how unique it is. I was a little early to pick up my order and the girl that brought my food out was super sweet. 10/10

Taco Circus is great when they actually have food. Every time I try to order they are sold out of what I want. I’ve been forced to order alternatives and been disappointed. The ground beef is awful. Don’t bother.

The food here is amazing! Flavorful food, great customer service, nice portion size and reasons prices. I’ve had the opportunity to taste a few different items from their menu and none of them disappointed me. They were all great! My personal favorite, the Taos Chicken. They offer vegan and non-vegan options. I highly recommend this establishment.
