Where we live Kit-Cho is the only restaurant, in our small town, that serves Sushi/Sashimi/Hibachi and other Japanese style foods. They are Mom and Pop style. However their food is the closest I’ve come since moving to the Midwest, to foods I grew up eating. I was expecting the standard American version. Surprise they make it as you order. Fresh as possible. Their prices are absolutely fair. Those who grew up other places and are homesick for this style of food. This will help you feel at home. I will definitely keep eating here. They’re just down the road from where I live.

The food was very good both the Tempura and Sashimi! Wait staff was very nice though it did take awhile for the food. Spent a solid hour from walking in to out.

This was truly a wonderful experience. I have always been a fan of sushi and have eaten at many of them across the United States. I’m so happy and totally surprised to find such a high quality restaurant like Kitcho in the Fort Atkinson area. I have made this a dining pleasure for the family every other week. Quality food at an economical price with great atmosphere and super service! Thank you Jay!

I love going to eat here! This is by far the best sushi I have ever had in my entire life time. They give you big pieces too. The owner is so nice and welcoming. They just started the new all you can eat sushi ($20/person) which I think is great! Every time my friends and I go eat there, we are always spending up to $50-60 total anyways. I would have to say that everything on their menu is great! My favorite sushi roll is the HOUSE SPECIAL roll and my favorite appetizer is the YAKI GYOZA! I give them 10 ten stars!!! I am for sure a loyal customer and will continue to go back.

Four of us went. Two adults, our 6yr old, & infant. About $30-35 total for pad Thai and a few sushi rolls. All the food was excellent! (Except the salad, it was just iceberg lettuce salad, the ginger sauce was awesome but not on this cheap salad.) Very good service! Friendly, quiet, decor was highly interesting.they made kid friendly chop sticks for our son. Definitely going back to try the chef special sushi platter on an adult date next time.

Having been to Japan many times my view on local Midwest sushi is usually dim. Kitcho however is a great place for large fresh portions of delicious sushi and sashimi. They have an all you care to eat menu, as well as a regular menu. If someone in your group doesn’t care for sushi they can order from one of the many tasty Chinese dishes on the menu. The service is excellent as well, with just enough interaction from waitstaff. It does get chilly in the winter as another reviewer pointed out, but that is the only complaint that we have ever had there. Next time you find yourself in Fort you owe it to yourself to stop and see Cindy and the rest of the gang at Kitcho!

The times I’ve actually gotten to eat here have been amazing! Some of the best sushi I’ve had. Unfortunately we found out today that they close between 2:30 and 4:30 but don’t have that posted anywhere on their website or anything. Drove all the way from Johnson Creek just for sushi and come to find out they’re not open even though Google and their website say they are…that’s just not good business.
