I wanted this restaurant to be really good. The outdoor garden was amazing vibes. Although that is where anything good about this establishment begins and ends. You feel very unwelcome from the moment you walk into the establishment and service continuously got worse. Several times throughout the night our waiter got lost and we were met with horrible attitudes. The food was bland and lacked taste

The vibe is nice and the menu is nice too! Part owners is Pusha T and the music and events Seem to be influenced by his interests in the company. The Japanese styles waves in the hallway just make the space appear to being flowing together. Upfront there is more of a Vietnamese aesthetic which is cute. In the back gives a dope, indoor/ourdoor but private vip feel.

The food was good. Spicey Miso was dope! Did not like the hot saki. I know this is a Japanese style restaurant but the “shareable???” appetizers were super small and the ramen bowls were huge but didnt have a lot of ramen noodles in them in my opinion. Ambience was cool. It can get pretty loud. They definitely need more bathrooms for the public. And pay attention to that group gratuity that’s slapped on your receipt. It’s on the receipt as it should be but it’s place is a bit deceiving when splitting a group check. I asked for a new set chopsticks for my soup and they never came so I ended up grabbing a set from another table. The place is on the smaller side which is not an issue. But we were informed that one of our tables were going to be taken, if the restaurant started to fill up (we had three extra guests arriving).

Delicious ramen and spring rolls! Temperature checked and hand sanitizer right when you walk in. Loved the music and atmosphere

I thought this place was really special!! We came on a chilly Sunday for an early dinner and it was comfortable with nice furniture and a hookah option! We only had one server for the entire upstairs, Jerome, but he took care of everyone and was so nice and knowledgeable of the menu! The ramen was hot and flavorful and is going to be the perfect comfort food going into the colder months! Can’t wait until the desert menu is announced. Hopefully there will be fried ice cream!

The other reviews are pretty much on par. We entered and wasn’t really acknowledged. Food & Drink prices for the low quality served in a plastic cup. We were seated and put in our orders food arrived with no utensils. We were half way through our appetisers before we got utensils which arrived one person at a time. Food was decent I guess. Hookah is available. Gratuity is included. Server was nice.

We had a good experience here. We only had one dish and it was Lizzie’s Noodles – it was excellent. We love spicy dishes and this fit the bill…so good. The cocktails were solid. We happened to be there during happy hour so the final bill was surprisingly low. I took off one star because of the loud music upstairs…it’s a little much for dinner. Next time we will sit downstairs which is more of the cool restaurant vibe we prefer.

This was my 2nd time coming to Kitsuen .. frist time I went was in MARCH, IT was great .. service was amazing (in March);+ the food was great.. but SATURDAY Sept. 11th, was my second time going and the services was not great… the security at the door was very strange. Also at the Bar she was nice. But the waitress forgot about us, and forgot my drink order and didn’t ask my group did they want to order any drinks…. so the 2nd time I was disappointed in the service.. and sorry that I bragged to my friends that I had so much fun and the service was amazing .. they looked at me like I was a “fool”.
