Kizuki Ramen’s philosophy is to serve the most traditional, authentic and delicious Japanese ramen that you can possibly have without actually flying to Japan.
Kizuki’s food is still prepared the same way as it is in Japan; utilizing an unique method of roasting bones before boiling. Similar to the French style of making consomme, they were the first in the Japanese ramen industry to employ this method. The result is a rich, flavorful broth that is fragrant, and full of depth. Devoted to replicating the incredible flavor of traditional Japanese ramen, if equal substitutes for ingredients are not found within the country, Kizuki Ramen imports the ingredients directly from Japan.
Hip venue serving Japanese noodle soups & small plates, plus whiskey, sake & beer amid artful decor. Based on 792 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.4 stars. Price $$

Rest assured that there are no Kizuki at this place (fans of Demon Slayer should be quite familiar with the word Kizuki!). At Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya you’ll find hearty bowls of ramen and other tasty eats.

Average broth flavors and the meat doesn’t taste that great. Same for Tonkotsu or shoyu ramen. Overall below average to average for the food.

Food is excellent, perfectly prepared & presented. The service is friendly without being overbearing & fast, but well-timed & not rushed. I had the Hakata Tonkotsu, Onigiri, Gyoza & Chicken Wings, but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Ordered take out and the staff was really friendly. They don’t seem to be too busy. Food was ready in 10 min and it takes me 10 min to go home. After pouring the hot soup in the bowl, I was shocked to taste that the chicken and ramen were cold. I had to microwave my freshly ordered meal! Ramens were precooked and all clumped up inside the bowl. For a ramen restaurant that’s the worst thing they can do to their staple! We also ordered tuna onigiri.. but it was a 95% plain rice ball with 5% canned tuna.. I was speechless as to how little they try to make their food delicious. I don’t think canned tuna is that expensive but if it’s a cost related decision, either size down or increase the price. It’s not an excuse to provide aweful food.

Nice and cool establishment. Had the garlic tonkotsu shoyu ramen and I liked it. Gyoza was not bad. Good service and average prices.

Extremely slow service, only one server on a Saturday night so we waited almost 20 minutes just to get our order in. Food was okay, the octopus dumplings were extremely fishy and the ramen had decent flavor, but didn’t stand out. The female server was nice, the male was extremely short and not particularly friendly.

Really great Ramen. I got the Tan Tan ramen and it was so good. Not overly spicy but just the right amount. Service was a little slow but I think that was because they didn’t have enough staff to help. There can be a LONG wait for this place but its well worth it.

It is not authentic Japanese food at all. All you get is hard noodles without a solid piece of pork ( tonkazu). The food is so salty. The only good comes out of the horrible experience is that the two ladies serving there are very pleasant

So good! Flavorful delicious broth, friendly and fast service, comfortable seating. Great spot to warm up on a cold Seattle day. We had a perfect meal and can’t wait to come back!
