We ordered a mushroom burger, make-your-own burger, and tater tots through Toast to be picked up. The order was hot and ready within 15 minutes at the time of our pickup. The burgers were delicious and the tater tots were nice and crispy, just the way that we like them. The counter staff were very friendly and efficient.

I would be embarrassed to serve that burger. The patty is so thin, dry, tasteless, really all u can taste is bread. These people giving 5 stars must eat at McDonald’s all week to think this is good. No wonder it was empty right at lunch time. When you are asking me to tip 20% when I am doing everything is just ridiculous. Do less pay more.

It was my 1st time there and will never go back. I waited for my 3 cheeseburgers and 2 fries for 20 minutes. Which is fine. But I walked out to my car and went through my bag and it was short 1 burger and fries were a little cold. So I told the cashier I was missing a cheeseburger and she took my bag and went through it and gave me a dirty look and said it will be right out. So I waited and she was talking to the other girl, and they were both looking at me mumbling and giving me dirty looks. While I was waiting I asked her could she switch out the fries because by now they are really cold from waiting for the burger they didn’t put in the bag. And she didn’t say anything but give me a dirty look with the other girl. Then made me new fries and by that time the cheeseburger was done. Then she just gave me the bag with a dirty look without saying anything. I asked her did I do something wrong? And am I supposed to say sorry? She walked away with a mean look and didn’t say anything. For the food the burgers are the same size as a McDonald’s regular cheeseburger. They charge $1 extra for bbq sauce!!! Wow. French fries taste like McDonald’s fries but colder. I’m new to the area and had to try kKatie’s but I regret it. Bottom line in my opinion it’s overpriced less then McDonald’s quality food, with terrible service.

The food served is nothing like the actual KKatie’s restaurant up the street. Food was ready quickly. I was charged for bacon but didn’t get a single piece and the patties were thinner than the onions on my burger

Called ahead, ordered the KKaties KKMac. Was ready to go when I got there 15 minutes later, in and out of there in just a couple minutes. Tastes delish, fresh toppings, all for a decent price. Hit the spot, very tasty guy working the counter was friendly and quick.

They won’t cook the burger to your liking, so strike one. Strike to is on the chicken sandwich. Half of the sandwich had chicken so flat that when it was deep fried you couldn’t even bite through it. The batter was chalky tasting, and the chicken had zero seasoning.
