You gotta go!! We stayed in the amazing town of Bellville recently and walked down to K&L Soul Food. It’s this little walk up to order, enough room to cook, grab a picnic table outside kinda place with the best people inside making it happen. The food is phenomenal and the staff and service is down home and awesome. We missed fish Friday but the burgers, fries, and chicken were insanely good. I’d drive the 7 hours to eat there everyday if I could. Get there early because once it’s gone it’s gone!!

This food is the bomb had the chicken spaghetti for lunch with green beans, corn, and garlic bread and let me just say it did not disappoint at all. The corn was very fresh, the green beans surprised me with how much flavor, the garlic bread was toasted and seasoned to perfection and finally the bell of the ball…the chicken spaghetti . 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.

I had the fried catfish and shrimp plate. Both were breaded with cornmeal, seasoned and cooked perfectly. Comes with choice of 1, 2, or 3 large fillets and 6 shrimp. 2 sides, hush puppies and a drink were included for the price.
