I ordered a Jumbo half Taco and the other Chicken Barbecue, the night of May 25, 2023. The lady that took my order (assume she took my order over the phone) came out to me to make sure the pizza was acceptable to my likeness. Just letting everyone know that the pizza was heavenly! I will definitely be back due to the customer service and all the employees professionalism!

One of the best local Pizza restaurants in Van Wert. There is no ‘eat in’ but take out and delivery. Our favorite pizza so far is the Taco Pizza. It’s piled high with toppings and comes with all the extras(sour cream and salsa). If you haven’t tried them yet, it’s time!

Best chicken bacon ranch wrap and chef salad i have had since moving to Ohio 5 years ago . Staff was friendly. They all seemed to work as a team while keeping a good work atmosphere while I waited for my food . Hands down one of the best places to order from in Van wert.

On Tuesday October 26 we ordered two salads and a sausage sub. They said they had no tomatoes. And we ordered extra dressing. They told us 40 minutes. Went to pick up food they said sausage had five more minutes. Got the food home opened it up, sandwich was burnt sausage on a bun, nothing else. One salad had no dressing at all. Called to tell them what was wrong and hear someone in the background say “tell her to take her business elsewhere”. Completely unprofessional, nasty food and didn’t want to fix the problem.

Grew up in VW, loved Klostermans Pizza. Here visiting and decided to order pizza. Orderd 2 pizzas, A deluxe with NO mushrooms, and a Taco pizza. When I got there to pick up pizza, I paid and was standing there waiting with 2 other gentlemen. I see an employee, a young red head girl , standing there leaning over a cooked pizza picking off what looked like mushrooms…with bare hands. NASTY. I said that better not be mine to the guy standing by me. Well the young man working there heard me….. I told him if that is my pizza that they need to make a new one. Who wants a cooked pizza with someone using bare hands digging toppings off the pizza. Gross!!! So that same girl came and refunded my money and gave me no apology really. Then had to wait another20+ min. For pizza remake. I’m glad I don’t live in town anymore….and not sure when I visit if I will ever order again. Taco Pizza was good though….New one wasn’t cooked enough. $42. Is a lot for 2 pizzas, at least I was refunded.

Disappointed in my order tonight. Not only did we wait well past the delivery time they gave us, when we called they said “oh yes, it’s right here, we’ll bring it right over” …..COLD!!!! Now I know why I don’t like to get delivery. This will probably be the last time we order from Klostermans.
