if I could give this place no stars, I would. Rude staff with no customer service skills. I went in to pick up a doordash order. I wait in line to ask for the order. The cook/cashier tells me it’s going to be 20 minutes with sounds long, but I say ok . I come back after 30 minutes of waiting, and the cook starts yelling at me that I’m at the wrong place, and soon, some random guy inside grabs me and pushes me out saying go to the pizza place with the same name. I go to the pizza place, and they are bewildered and send me back and attempt to talk to the guy who works the counter, but he just laughs. I asked him again about my delivery order, and he just said it’s going to be another 20 minutes.

We came to knockout burger at 11:10am but the door was locked. No times posted. Opened late at 11:30am. Slow service. We ordered the heavyweight combo and paid more for bacon and bbq sauce and took it to go. When we got to our hotel we saw that the bacon and bbq sauce were forgotten, the burger was burned and the fries were over cooked. Very disappointing. It was also very hot and humid in the restaurant.

Been looking for a good cheeseburger in Carlsbad for a while now, and I think I found a place I’ll definitely be coming back to! A nice simple cheeseburger that satisfied my hunger cravings. Portion size was good, and came at a decent price. Would recommend to a friend!

When I entered, two people were only working and they’re was a long line. Every time someone ordered, they added a burger patty to the grill. One guy was so slow, he and the girl looked like they have never been in a busy environment and didn’t do know to do. Took like 45 min to get my order. I should’ve walked out the door when i noticed the two working, couldn’t handle the pressure of the long line. 20 min later or so, another guy walked in to help them out. Maybe the new shift. This guy quickly slapped 10 patties on the grill to get most of the orders going. Thanks to him, he was able to catch up on the pending orders and i finally got my burger.

Didn’t even get a chance to try the food. Walked in waited for about three to five minutes at the counter. The one employee working the grill completely ignored me, didn’t even acknowledge me when she walked by me twice. I decided wasn’t worth my time after I saw her handle raw uncooked food (meat and cheese) with her bare hands and then touch prepared food with her hands without washing in between, then serve the food to the waiting customers.

Came her to try it, food was ok, the fry’s were burnt and they forgot a patty on one of the buns. Don’t drink from their fountain drinks. Metal things kept coming from the water dispenser so it’s probably in the ice too. Their smoke detector is disabled and it’s not as clean. The lady taking order was handling food without gloves so that was gross. I saw them pick open someone’s hamburger bare hands and the girls that got her food was grossed out. I wouldn’t go back.

Visiting from Arizona and ordered food to go, horrible service. Long wait time for food and order was not right. Was not charged correctly, then overcharged and order still not right. The staff spent 5 minutes arguing with us instead of just getting the order ready. Definitely won’t be back.
