Ordered pizza for delivery, the pizza arrived in under 30 minutes since I only live 5 minutes away. When pizza arrived it was very undercooked, soggy, and falling apart when I picked a piece up. I called Knuckles and told them. I asked if they would be able to remake my pizza and even offered to bring the pizza back to show them. They refused to remake my pizza and said the only way they would make me another one is if I pay for another one. The manager on the phone seemed dismissive. This is ridiculous for a $30 pizza.

Best pizza in central Illinois! Amazing service, incredible ambiance, prices can’t be beat, quality of the food is unmatched. The smoked wings are spectacular, and you gotta have the Knucklehead and add pepperoni. Best pizza I’ve had in years!

Never been here before I usually read the reviews first before I go to eat but was hungry and passed by this place. I’m giving it a 2 star only because I ordered the parmesan knots the #1 seller from the waiter/ server when me and my wife got them. They were hard as a rock. Told the young man with the red hair and glasses about it he was very polite about it and gave a fresh order. The pizza was great and so were the knots. I’m not here to bash the establishment. In my opinion don’t serve old ,cold, dry, and greasy knots. Food economy 101. July 8th 3:15 pm. Just a reminder serving ppl. food that’s been sitting for a long period of time could end of getting ppl sick which leads to a possible lawsuit or calling the FDA and nobody wants that. Will I go back to your establishment possible but if I get served this again then I’ll call the FDA. Have a great day.

Knuckles is one of my favorite restaurants in this area. The pizza is great and the service is great. I also like that it’s not super loud in the evenings. You can actually have a conversation while you’re there.

We enjoyed a really nice hand tossed Hawaiian pizza. Great flavors blending together made this a very flavorful pizza. High-quality and this is a definite return trip. I have other pizzas to try.

01/17/2019 – KEEP YOUR PIZZA..How long should a customer wait for a pizza? After waiting 60 minutes we gave up on the pizza and paid and left the place starving. The watress was SORRY and offered to give us the pizza for free but at that point we were way past wanting a free pizza. This place is way understaffed and the watresses are running around like chickens with thier heads cutt off. Me and the wife waited for a pizza for 40 minutes only to be told that the order was never put into the kitchen. Nothing like being hungry and disappointed. Hire some people to take care of all your customers.
