Went here 05/18/23. Got water brought to the table after we were sat (not pictured ). There was floating debris in the cup. Literal chunks. Told the waitress and she instantly took it away and got us our sodas. The first soda came out and it was the exact same thing. So then she took that one away and said she’s was going to use the other soda machine because maybe the first was dirty. This is my third drink pictured. At first it looks okay. But as I took a sip and looked into it I saw that chunk. I was absolutely appalled and disgusted. Didn’t even finish our sushi. I don’t blame the workers at all; I work in a restaurant myself and I understand that it’s not all their fault but they could do better. Another thing to add once our sushi landed on our table. All we smelt was fish. I know it’s fish in the sushi but it smelt like fish that was just sitting out. I would mostlikey not come here again

All of us really enjoyed what we ordered with the exception of one roll covered in cheese. They did offer to make us a different roll so we appreciated them understanding. The rolls were pretty sizable so the pricing is reasonable. It was Memorial day weekend so it was pretty quiet. I can’t wait to go back.

Good time at Kobe , food was good the hibachi gentleman did a great job entertaining our party of 6 . The cook could have came a bit earlier I feel like they wait until the table is full to send someone out and that wait time was disappointing . Price is competitive and the service was great . Definitely will return !

The food is always amazing. The wonton soup is the best I’ve ever had. We discovered this restaurant in December and we have been coming back about once every month or so. This is definitely the best place in the area for sushi. One side is a dinning room and the other side is hibachi tables. To be honest, I’ve never personally experienced the other side. The hibachi side is always busy and people cheering on the chefs. Our kids have ordered the hibachi off the menu and they say it’s excellent. We just actually realized today that we’ve been so addicted to the sushi that we haven’t explored even half the menu.

We ordered directly from the web page of the restaurant for delivery. The restaurant made the incorrect order and it unfortunately was food we can not eat. I called the restaurant to explain issue and was first told that they have nothing to do with it and I would have to contact the delivery company for a refund. Then they asked what my receipt said and I told them veg pad Thai and chicken pad Thai was sent. They said it was chef error so they would call company to have it refunded for me. I told them we would rather just have the dinner sent again seeing that I ordered take out so I didn’t have to cook tonight and they told me I’d need to come pick it up…..after I already paid for delivery and am not getting delivery refunded . I asked if I could just pick up the refund in person tomorrow or the next day and I was told no. So basically the food is decent if you happen to get what you order but I strongly recommend not ordering from the website because the restaurant has no control over refunding you your money if order is incorrect and an error on restaurants part. Also I would not eat here if you have food allergies or food aversion because you may get food you are unable to eat and you will still have to pay for it.
