The waitresses and bar tenders are young with no experience. Very slow service took a minimum of 10 minutes to get a drink and had to ask or probably would have never came, the chef part was nice. Way over priced.

The worst service I ever received. We arrived at 5 and was sat right away. We came in as a party of 3 (one was an infant). And was sat with a party of 5. We waited 5-10 minutes to make a drink order. Then another 15 minutes because they wait till the sushi is done. Then we finally had our order taken. Was almost 6 before they started cooking . The food was burnt and disgusting rice was hard and the veggies were burnt and under cooked. The waiter didn’t know what he was doing. We got our bill. They charged us for the all the people who sat at the hibachi so because we sat with the party of 5 we both got charged. Then when asked why we were charged a 20% tip when we were only a party of 3 he went on to say well you sat with the other party so we have to charge you. The other party said they never done that before. Every hibachi we went to they don’t charge you for the other party. So Let’s just say we will not be going back

Quick seating and friendly service. The portions of the sushi rolls are generous and so are the hibachi meals. I had cucumber eel and avocado roll as well as spicy salmon. The eel was good but the salmon was a little fishy. My family ordered spicy California and spicy tuna. They enjoyed the California roll, but we all tasted the tuna and thought the use of sesame oil did not harmonize well with the tuna. There also seemed to be a sweet ingredient that didn’t work either. I tasted the steak and shrimp hibachi and it needed seasoning but the mustard, ginger, and teriyaki sauces paired well with the meat, veggies, and rice.

Service was horrible, waited 45 minutes for the chief to come out. The salad could literally fit in the palm of your hand. Vegetables and rice were hard! We had a party of 2 at the grill and they added the other party to us which made us a party of 6 therefore, makes us pay the 20% gratitude tip even tho we were not apart of the party. We will not be back!

Not a fan of their soup or the salad dressing. The sushi was ok. Beef and chicken was very bland and a little over cooked. The rice was great. Prices are pretty high for the product.

Food was amazing! Only complaint is we made reservations for 8, was seated right away, but waited 45 minutes for the chef to come to the table. The service could have been better for the amount of money spent.

Horrible experience!! The STAFF WAS VERY RUDE! We had reservations and waited 30 minutes to be seated! The floors were sticky as if they had not been cleaned in a long time!! Don’t waste your time this restaurant is OLD, DIRTY & OVERRATED! If you have the choice, choose somewhere else!!

We had a reservation on January 21st to celebrate a birthday for hibachi for 15 people at 6 pm. 12 of the guests arrived before 6 pm, the other 3 were there at 6:15 pm and told the host that the entire party was there. 15 minutes later we asked about being seated and were told that they we cleaning the grill for our table. At 7 pm we still were not seated and was told they were still cleaning the grill. At 7:10 pm, we were told they did not have a hibachi grill table for us but did have a table in the “sushi room” which was a large table in an enclosed area next to the handsome grill area so we accepted. At 7:35 pm, no one had come to greet us, acknowledge us or anything. I walked to the beverage area and asked to speak to a manager. I was asked by the server if there was anything they could help me with, I stated we had been at our table for 20 minutes with zero acknowledgement and she said she would be right there to get our drink orders. I said thank you and would still like to speak to a manager and went back to our table. 10 minutes later, our drinks arrived by were missing a couple of drinks and reminded the server of them. 15 minutes later (7:55 pm) the server came back to take our orders and did not have the other drinks for the rest of our party and at that time we asked for refills. At about 8:15, we went to the drink station and got our other drinks and drinks refills as we had not seen our server since she took our order. The manager still had not been to the table to talk with us. About 8:35 pm, our food stars coming to the table being delivered by the server, another server, the Sushi Chef, and the manager, however, we were missing 2 dishes for our table. 15 minutes go by and the server brings a dish but it doesn’t belong to anyone at the table. By this time everyone else at the table received their meals and are done eating while this other guest still didn’t have their food. I went to find to go boxes for our table as we were ready to leave. About 9 pm, the server brings the correct plate and we ask for our checks which again took about 10-15 minutes for her to separate as she had not asked in the beginning how the checks were split. There was an automatic gratuity added to the check which is stated on the menu for large parties (in not sure the exact amount of guests for the gratuity to be added). The food was good, the server was run raged as she had tables all over the restaurant, however the lack of support from her manager and the lack of planning on the restaurant made for an extremely subpar experience for us on this night. When the reservation was made it was made clear that the entire party must be present to be seated but we were never told that we wouldn’t be able to have the hibachi experience we reserved and expected.

I had the worst experience on Mother’s Day with a hostess by the name of Angela. She was unprofessional and rude to my granddaughter and when I approached her regarding snatching something from her she was even rude to me. The manager on duty stated her actions were called for but he could do nothing about it. Me nor my family will never go there again.
