Such a delicious dinner with one of the funniest chefs we’ve ever had. The soup was seasoned perfectly. Salad was fresh and crisp. Every entree was cooked to perfection and we really enjoyed the experience of watching our chef prepare our meal. He also added the extra special touch of comedic measure to make it memorable. The strawberry smoothie was mouthwatering and an absolute must try!!!!!

Come in was properly greeted by the staff. I apologize but she was kind and genuine which I appreciate. I want to say was Shue. But I apologize if I’m getting it wrong. She initially gave a wait time of 35 minutes and at 7:19 I was placed on the the waiting list. At 7:37 actual text saying table was ready.

The atmosphere service is great very good showman cooks efficient servers that are always available plus other service also help you.out even if it’s not your server … Great … Now the food is a split because the quality part of the food is great the steaks shrimp(soso) lobster awesome … But they flood you with all the cheap food … I understand it’s not gonna be Montana of meat but it’s a exaggerating amount of rice noodles and potatoes .. and some people don’t want there steak mixed up with a bunch of potatoes but they present it that was to see more filling …. And the prices are ok considering the entertainment but 12 dollar bottle beer all night.

Sad to say, although it has all the razzle-dazzle and curb appeal that you look for in an expen$ive Japanese steakhouse, they severely messed up our menu choices which were the two most expensive items not only at our table, but on the menu. Steak that was supposed to be served with Melanie’s order got distributed around the table to everyone but her. When we inquired, the chef had a bowl of previously cooked steak that he was going to offer. We didn’t accept it, nor did they offer to take her dinner off the check. It was disgraceful, they knew they messed up big time, we tipped the chef a very reduced amount, and paid our bill. The chef stared us down when he saw his reduced tip. So arrogant! Will never return to Kobe again. Their mistake, but also their lack of properly dealing with it are the reasons for our decision. I had forgotten about this from 52 weeks ago.
