A little disappointed at the quality of food. Ordered the soft shell crab for appetizer and it was so small, it was pathetic. Didn’t even look like a crab and it was 1 little piece. The sushi was nothing out of the ordinary, the steak was chewy. Not a great experience. Our waitress was at least attentive.

We didn’t even get to eat. I and 3 others stood at the host stand for almost 10 minutes. It was not busy at all and NO ONE ever showed up to greet us. I manage restaurants in Savannah GA and understand that being short staffed is an issue, but this level of service is unacceptable. If I have to wait, fine. But not even so much as being greeted… I and 3 others left without ever being acknowledged.

Don’t let the negative reviews scare you. The food was good. Our Server was kind and helpful. Our chef was quick and didn’t do a bunch of extra, just enough to say he did and got us our food. And of course, the food was delicious. 0 complaints

This was a nice find for our 6 year anniversary dinner! We made a reservation but showed up a little early and we were seated right away! The hostesses and waitress were very polite to us and the other couples at our grill! Food is priced extremely well and is average! The Fried Calamari was tasteless and could have been fried a few seconds longer. We ordered a Sushi App as well and that it was fantastic and well priced. Our main meals were the Steak and Shrimp Combination with extra rice and we were not disappointed. Our chef was…. okay but seemed disinterested in entertaining but cooks fantastically! 4 of 5 stars and recommended for a nice date night.

My daughter and goddaughter went here for dinner. They were charged gratuity of $16 for ONLY 2 people. When they questioned them about the extra $16 on the bill. They were told we will remove it since you both are complaining. My kids asked the other party (Caucasian) at the table with them were they charged gratuity and they replied no. The staff then proceeded to say well they are our regular customers so we didn’t charge them gratuity. This is totally an act of DISCRIMINATION. If you are going to run a business you should treat all your customers the SAME!

Never been to a Japanese place that did NOT have Yakisoba , no bok choy,no cabbage, np chili garlic sauce…tiny size barbie bowls for salad and soup. I got Hibachi, steak and chicken, both meats very tough and flavorless…. got hardly any vegtables. They werent busy but we had to wait a long time to seat, essentially till more people showed up wanting Hibachi…I was sooo disapointed! Time ,money and food, wasted. I wont come back again. Not good ! By the way, their fried calamari was soooo over the top greasy,oily, and like rubber

Very nice people. My meal was flavorless..I had shrimp and scallops with rice and vegetables….shrimp was over cooked rice under cook.. my husband’s steak was also over cooked…we paid 72.00 for this meal
