Have been here many times, but tonight we had horrible service. One member of our party asked for double rice and no noodles. The waitress repeated the order back to her. But the cook did not give her double rice and tried to hive her noodles. The bill did not reflect the double rice. Also there was another group at our table and they were celebrating a birthday. The waitress asked if anyone was celebrating a special occasion, and the other group said yes, his birthday. When the waitress gave them their check, they asked don’t you do anything for a birthday? The waitress said she did not know it was his birthday. The waitress was slow to refill drinks, 18 minutes. The other group ordered drinks and the meal was almost over before they got their drinks. Very disappointed in the poor service.

Wish there was an option for zero stars!!! Was told it was a 30 min wait time and we waited for over an hour for a party of 7 with literally 4 tables that hold 9 people not being used. We’ve been to multiple Kobe restaurants and even when we order a meal to share they give everyone their own soup and salad but this place only gave one of each. I had to remind the waitress a few times that I heard her when she mentioned several times that we would only get one! I expect the service to be somewhat good considering they attached 18% gratuity to the bill! Will never come here again and I hope that if you’re reading this you choose to spend your money elsewhere!

Prada did an amazing hibachi show. Mr. Houston was very considerate with a request. I will visit every chance that I can visit…THE LONGWOOD LOCATION! Go checkout Vanessa at the bar. She will keep you entertained as you enjoy drinks.at the bar. Sarah the server was prompt, concerned and very nice! Great job LONGWOOD location!!
