Sushi and tempura were expensive and awful. Tempura was heavy, thick, oily. No Japanese sauces like spicy mayo or ponzu. The rice was ok. The counter person was very pleasant.

I’d say the place is ok. Could not tell if it was Chinese or Japanese by the menu. I ordered the sesame chicken and my friend got the fried prawns. The soda machine was out of carbonation but they fixed it pretty quick. The staff was very friendly.

I keep trying this place because it’s convenient when shopping, but I won’t be any longer. Never quite met expectations, and is one of the highest priced teriyaki restaurants in the area. I’ve tried many menu items over the last couple years, and I have never got a meal here that I felt was worth the price. Food I picked up yesterday made everyone sick.

Went here as it was convenient to shopping. Food was good but prices have gone up since the last menu photos. I got the bento box and California roll. Roll was decent, bento box was filling but heavy on the cabbage.

Ordered a very large lunch order for the office staff and Kobo did NOT disappoint!! Great food!! No mistakes on the orders and such nice people!!! I heard they were closed for a bit due to fire, well…they are back!! Will definitely order there again!!

I like the breast of chicken teriyaki bowl from here, but their prices are higher than I think of as reasonable. Think of two dinners for $35 to $40 range. Bathroom cleanliness is sketchy at best. Food pretty good, service very friendly, cleanliness, well…could be better.

The prices did go way up. I understand that’s everywhere but the amount of food that you get is half I had tons of rice and veggies and barely any meat. Although the meat was very flavorful I got the combination, chicken and beef and the beef was really fatty and barely anything there it was all rice underneath. I may stop in again today as im only in town once a month to give it another try as again the flavor is wonderful as there proportions that I get for $19 is not.
