There is no taste of Korean food in each meal. It is flavorless and tasteless. I have tried two meals ( Beef Bulgogi rice bowl and Chicken bowl) and sometimes the rice is undercooked and sometimes it is overcooked. Although the customer service is satisfactory, I would not recommend this restaurantif you are looking for Korean food.

I saw the high review on here so I wanted to check it out. I ordered chicken bulgogi with extra protein (+3.00 dollars extra); in total, the cost of this lunch was ~13.00 dollars including tips. The portion was really small for the price.

Instantly walking in, I’m greeted with a bunch of friendly hellos. The gentleman working was so kind, helping me choose what to put in my bowl and very patient when I asked what even vegetable was. I was also recommended an optional japchae. Making jokes and talking along the way, I found the transaction to be a wonderful experience.

Tonight was my first time going to this restaurant and I have no regrets. I think the owner assisted me. She was so kind and professional. The food was amazing. We ordered the beef bulgogi bowls with kimchi cucumbers and dumplings. I’m definitely returning. My only regret was not ordering another bowl. So delicious.

Just tried to order a Bulgogi salad and was told they no longer serve this. I guess they no longer offer any of the salads. This means half their menu is no longer available but they can’t be bothered to update the menu here or in the restaurant. Their menu inside the restaurant was digital!! Super easy to adjust but oh well.

Terrible customer service!!! We asked a question to the employee for the second time and she started to have an attitude, then we told her to let us know when she was going to put the vegetables and she said when she was making the bowl, but she was already putting vegetables in all of them. Then, we came back and explained her but she said that it goes with everything. She started raising her voice at us and got mad when we talked in Spanish to each other. Never again!!! We drove 40 mins because we tried the food before and we liked it, but not to be treated like this!
