Called to make a pick up order. They said it’ll take 25 minutes, that’s fine, placed my order and waited. Drove over there 25 minutes after calling to pick up our food. Someone comes out after we’ve been waiting 5 minutes, asks for our name to bring out our order, we give it to them….

Service was slow. There were 4 people in the restaurant and they all were served before my party of 5. Even though the kids meal ordered was brought out first. Our food was about a 45 minute wait. Before going to the restaurant we viewed their online menu and when we got to the restaurant none of the stuff in their website was available. They had no vegetarian or vegan options like their website suggested. The kids got their meal before everyone else and sat and while everyone else ate. Then the teriyaki chicken was absolutely horrible. I was going to send it back to make a point but my friend said he would just eat it later. When I mentioned this to the manager when leaving all she suggested was to come back another time and try something else. However, I will not be back.

The tempora was good. The waitress was unskilled. An hour and a half wait for a meal with 3 children is unacceptable. 2 if our meals didn’t come to the table. Until we were walking out the door and one of those meals was made wrong. And all we received was an off hand apology and a full price bill. And a weak excuse.

Hit or miss! Once you get your food, it’s really good!! Had to leave one time cause we never saw a server. Food is pretty consistent, but very slow. Makes servers look bad. They usually are apologizing. But. I’ll keep going, only Asian place on the Rez.

I was there at 11:55 and had to ask if i just sit down or do i wait while the waitress was next to me. I went an sat at a table and continued to wait for someone to take my order. After 10 minutes of waiting a group of ladies came in and sat down like i did. After about 5 minutes of them waiting, the waitress came over and started to take their order first. I just got up and left. Will not be going again.

We ordered food it and it was soggy. My daughter informed them. They took the food off my daughter plate. Then the owner refused to remove it from my bill. So not only did we not get the food but had to pay for it.
