Started in 2017 as a single food truck in London, KY, Koi Express has since expanded to a full restaurant with a second location in Frankfort and plans to open more restaurants around the Commonwealth.

One of the best restaurants in London. Definitely the best fast casual restaurant in town. They’re always very clean and quick. They also have phenomenal customer service. I often come in with my baby, and they always bring out a car seat sling as soon as I walk in the door, and if I’m taking it to go, they bring the food out to my car for me. I 100% recommend them. Hands down the best Asian food in SE Kentucky.
