Asked for steak and mushrooms with carrots and fried rice and they pressed no fried rice. Came home and saw this. Who just orders the toppings with no rice at all, like not even white rice? The bag was all wet because there was no rice to soak up the juice and I don’t live close by this location to just go back in one night! I was on the way home from work and just grabbed dinner. Was very disappointed when I got home. I called the location to see if they would be able to get a CORRECT meal on my next visit and they only offered a free side of rice to come back and get it when I called but I explained that I don’t live close by! Then offered 10% on my next order… I spent $21 on my 1 meal and a side of veggies. That’s $2 off my next order…. Ridiculous. Please do better.

Love stopping here on busy days. I don’t feel so guilty eating “fast food.” definitely helps on busy days before work or in between meals. It’s worth the money as the employees get it out quick and fresh. My husband & I only wish the carrots were steamed like the broccoli.

These kids think it’s funny talking about fat people with their window left open. I wanted steak and veggies only, when I was handed my bag from a giggling teenager to pull up and pull the food out to check it, there was maybe 4 pieces of steak and a handful of onions. I swear that was all. I should have took a pic but I rolled back up to the window and said give me my money before I got mad.

the most AMAZING japanese food i’ve ever had, the drive through people are really sweet and i’ve never had a bad experience through them, or grubhub. i love it. 10/10 recommend this is their hibachi chicken btw!!!

Ordered the number 2 which is chicken teriyaki with rice, broccoli and carrots. The “teriyaki” only tastes like soy sauce. The carrots are super sweet like sweet potatoes. The rice is bland and the broccoli is also bland. Truthfully I don’t understand why this place gets good reviews.

Great place for drive thru hibachi, the steak and shrimp is my favorite, I only wish they could cook the steak like I ask. My steak is typically overcooked here but it’s still good.

We love this place. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. It does seem the portions are getting smaller. Wish would do a little less rice and more toppings however with the shortages I understand and will continue to go. Very friendly staff
