Chicken is great and I’ve been going here for over 7 years. I ordered wings over the phone and they gave me whole chickens. When I asked for a partial refund or just the price of the wings they gave me attitude and denied my request. I believe the miscommunication is due to the fact that the servers do not speak fluent English. To the owner of this establishment please seek out new competent staff or reprimand those who give attitude to long time customers.

Super quick seating, small but spacious enough in the inside. The wait for the food is a little longer than usual, but they even have signs telling you that the food takes a little while. The wait is definitely worth it though! The chicken is so fresh and crunch and perfect. I really recommend trying Koko Chicken if you haven’t. The wings are perfection!

The best time to go is around mid afternoon right before it gets really busy. Food is bomb, drinks are fair price. Always go for the Supreme fries instead of rice when you eat your chicken. Don’t get me wrong rice is always good but going with their Supreme fries will definitely fill you up. I barely touched my rice and I am a rice lover!

I always get the Korean soy chicken wings to go, which are always a hit w/me, my family & at any small gathering. It’s quite pricey, but worth it. It’s always cooked to order, crispy and tasty! I just wish they had home delivery service (i.e. Uber Eats, Door Dash, Postmates or Grub Hub). I haven’t eaten inside the restaurant to make a comment about the service. the atmosphere is fairly basic/ok, they are open late too which is a plus. I tried to pre-pay for a to-go order over the phone for my daughter to pick up, but for security reasons, they won’t allow it, which is understandable I guess.

This comment is for Stacy. Overall I love to eat at Kokos, because their food is amazing, but having Stacy as our server, made our experience even better. Stacy was such a sweetheart, she always was so nice, polite and with a smile. Coming to kokos is always a place I look forward to eating, but now I have more of a reason to come, knowing there are people like stacy giving great customer service.
