Talofa! Loved this place! Visiting from Oklahoma and it was so nice to see a Poly restaurant. The katsu and sauce here is amazing. Always a favorite of mine. The spam musubi is a must as well.

The Katsu chicken was great! Mac salad was really good! The guava cake was awesome! I thought this place was new to the Davis area, but apparently it relocated from Bountiful. My family really loved it, but it also was similar to a lot of the Hawaiian restaurants in the area! I would love to see these style restaurants branch out and make some unique island dishes! Maybe something with coconut on the list! . Great service, great food! Will definitely eat here again!

$26 for a 3 meat plate. It was a little extra for the shrimp, but the plate only came with 4 pieces of shrimp. It was like an extra $4 for shrimp so about $1 per shrimp. Shrimp was too seasoned that made it salty. Teriyaki chicken was ok, a little better than Mo Bettas or maybe the same. The katsu was nice it had a thick and crunchy breading that had some good flavor. The Mac salad had agood taste to it, it was a little less runny consistency comparison to ranch dressing. For $26 the amount of food I got wasn’t worth it. If I were to pay maybe 1/2 I’d recommend it or maybe you have to mess with the menu to get more for you money. Maybe order a smaller plate or kind of like at Panda Express where you ask for 1/2 rice and chow mein and they usually over serve you. But it’s hard to suppose local businesses when it’s $26 for a $14 plate. But worth a try.

Great tasting food! I had the chicken teriyaki and chicken katsu and both had good portions and very tasty. Teriyaki and katsu sauce was good as well. Establishment is clean and staff is friendly and helpful.

When making certain dishes consistency is key I’ve eaten here before and my plates have always been delicious… this time shrimp and mac salad really salty… meat more chewy than before. I’m certain they’ll have that fixed in no time cause I enjoy going there
