Brunch this morning at Koko’s, I wanted to really enjoy it however I just couldn’t. When we arrived @ 11:30 with a reservation the waitress seemed surprised. When she poured out water I was taken aback at the strong body oder. We ordered breakfast, 2 eggs, bacon, sour dough toast and hash browns. It took more than 30 minutes for our food to arrive for our party of 5 even though it wasn’t that busy. Several tables who were seated after us had their food served before we received ours. When our food arrived, I was served O’Brien potatoes that were not seasoned and not cooked through or even browned. I asked for hash browns because my potatoes were not what the menu said, and I don’t care for peppers and onions in my potatoes . I started to eat my toast, which was not sour dough as I ordered but white toast. Not the end of the world, but after the potatoes it was disappointing. When my side of hash-browns arrived, they too were undercooked and not seasoned. I decided not to say anything. The waitress was fine but not very interested in our table… long story short. My bacon was good and the eggs were cooked properly. I would not eat there again. Not terrible but not good either. If I could have give 2 1/2 stars, I would have.
