I’ve been here before years ago. On a family visit, I made it a point to come back. This place is so good and makes such good food. On this trip I had the ham, egg, and cheese croissant, and a sausage egg and cheese kolache. Both delicious. I also got a taste of a friend’s cinnamon roll and I recommend it if you have a sweet tooth!

Recently I visited Houston to see my sibling for some time and decided to pass by this store with my sister . The food was amazing, however there was an employee that was very desruptive, and loud. While I was talking to the young cashier to place my order we were interrupted by a loud voice by this other cashier. Now I wouldn’t really mind this but she kept talking so loudly and agressive. That me and the cashier kept pausing to try and communicate with eachother. Kudos for that young cashier and her patience!

Kolache Factory is an aptly named fast food restaurant chain. This store offers a wide variety of kolaches–which are essentially food filled pastries (more like bagels or rolls in flavor than something sweet). There are breakfast kolaches filled with egg, ham and cheese, etc. They offer classic kolaches with just the bread rolled around a polish sausage. They also offer desert pastries with jellies or creamy cheese filling. I really like the taste and convenience if this chain. This store is clean, busy and the staff is friendly. There are tables for dining as well. The location is convenient but on a busy road which can be difficult to navigate in and out of.

This is a great location. Employees are super friendly and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes and usually there’s no wait. Parking lot is a little small but usually not a problem. They have great coffee in several flavors and if you like iced tea that’s great too. It’s also just a few doors down from Starbucks so if you want a fancy coffee it’s just a few steps away.

No mask! This is my regular place to go, and the employees have always been lovely. However today on October 7 I walked in and one of the employees had her mask down around her mouth and chin not covering her nose. I told her this made me feel uncomfortable and that she really needed to pull her mask up. She refused to do so, and her co-employee who was helping me (who didhave her mask properly on, )trying to wave me away. It was probably a case of a superior employee just having her way. It didn’t look like the lady was helping me who is properly masked had any say in the matter.
