Most Kolache Factory locations serve a good product. But the US 290 @ Fairbanks is constantly a step above any of the other locations I’ve visited. The staff is friendly, the food is well prepared, and they keep most items in stock throughout the entire morning.

My brother turned me on to this place. The BBQ brisket kolache is hands down the best! They are fast and curtious at this location. The only reason I gave it a four star instead of a 5 star review is they do not offer iced tea. If you could provide even bottles of unsweetened iced tea it would be a game changer!
