An Exquisite Experience at Komé Sushi and Hand Roll. My dining experience at Komé Sushi and Hand Roll was great. Nice Ambience. Their Chef’s Special Salmon with Truffle Ponzu was a symphony of flavors, blending fresh salmon with the unique taste of truffle and tangy ponzu. The Shrimp Tempura was delightfully crispy, with a perfect balance between the crunchy coating and juicy shrimp. The Crab Hand Roll was another star of the meal, providing a delectable mix of taste and texture. All in all, Komé offers a memorable culinary journey that I would highly recommend to any sushi lover. Looking forward to my next visit!

Definitely my new favorite sushi spot!! We had edamame and shrimp tempura for appetizers which were amazing. We tried several of the chef’s special dishes and all were insanely delicious. I couldn’t find their menu only, but there’s one served in a light lemon juice, one served with pear, and another with salmon and truffle that I will be ordering every time I come back! The handrolls were all great and I love that you can choose them in multiple courses. All of the fish was extremely fresh and the sushi chefs were super sweet and made our experience very enjoyable! Can’t recommend this place enough!!!! The inside is very small, so make reservations if you can!!

Wow…really exceptional! Been enjoying Hatsayuki in Fort Worth (similar concept) as my favorite sushi/hand roll spot with great fresh fish. But now there’s Kome in Dallas! Beautifully designed space, simple but great details. Our server was great as weee the sushi chefs. Sat at the bar that centered around the chefs. Can’t say enough great things about the quality of fish/food. Can add up fast with all the a la carte options but you can also get by with an affordable meal if you stick to the hand rolls. They also have some specials of the day for various fish for nigiri or sashimi. Decently quiet but it was lunch time on a Thursday right after they opened. They’ve been open for 6 months (Dec 2022) but I can’t imagine they’ll be slow for long once word gets out. It can be a little hidden, as you can’t see the restaurant from the parking lot, but it’s pretty easy to find, just walk the pathway in btwn snooze and the climbing gym and it’ll be wrapped around to the right in the middle adjacent to a really pretty little park area. Got a kanpachi sashimi special, hand rolls (all excellent but crab and yellowtail were my favs), salmon belly (amazing! And maybe better than the popular version at Hatsayuki), also enjoyed a couple of specials including ami madai (?) and the shrimp. Miso soup was great too. All amazing. Highly recommend.

We just got from spending over a week in Tokyo, and this place definitely reminded us of the Tokyo vibe. Shout out to James, our chef. He was super patient with me while I took the videos. The vibe was fun and relaxing. I would definitely come back. It’s a great date venue. Portions are small, and the sake and desserts are delicious.

as true foodies our experience was amazing. The fish was FRESH and well put together! I highly recommend anything it was so delicious. Staff including sushi chefs were also very friendly and helpful in menu items. My only “mishap” was to maybe open the sake bottle and pour if someone orders a bottle. beyond that I loved every minute there and will 100% be back!

Tucked into the inner courtyard, Kome is worth the extra three minutes of wandering. While there, we tried four specials and three nigiri. While all delicious, the yellowtail with ponzu, madai lemon yuzu, and black cod nigiri were our favorites. I truly believe Kome’s quality and playful flavor combos give Uchi a run for its money.

We stumbled upon this restaurant when we were looking for a sushi restaurant in North Dallas, and we are extremely pleased to find a solid, traditional Japanese sushi restaurant. This restaurant is not like the many sushi restaurants that pop up because this place serves very high-quality traditional hand rolls, Nigiri and sashimi. This is not a place you go to to get a whole page of fusion Maki rolls splattered with spicy mayo. The quality of the fish is excellent and I will say that the quality of the nori they use is phenomenal. It is by far the crispiest Nori I’ve ever seen used in a Handroll. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be coming here often. Kome sushi is true to the traditional Japanese standard.
