I called the other night and asked if they sold cigarettes, and the guy starts raising his voice at me saying “no, they kill you and they’re bad for you! We don’t sell cigarettes!” I was in the middle of responding and he just hangs up on me. Not very friendly to their customers. A simple “no we don’t” would have sufficed!!!
