The place has the best gamjatang, beef cartilage soup and oxtail (and cartilage combo) soup I’ve had in the Chicagoland area. The soup is deep and flavorful, and I don’t think they take shortcuts given they only specialize in slow-cooked stews. Portions are generous for the above. Underrated given it’s in a food court.
