Ordered the black bean noodles and sweet and sour shrimp. Noodles were good. Had no complaints there. The shrimp however were so soggy. Even the parts that werent covered in sauce was just really soft for something that just came out of the fryer. Took forever to come out too. I was already done with my noodles by the time the shrimp came out. Service was on point. I have to blame the chef/cook for screwing up my experience. Order came out to $50+ for just myself. Still left a good tip for the waitress. Cant say I’ll be returning unfortunately. Its a shame. I had high hopes for this place.

We were visiting from Atlanta where everyone always assumes the best Korean food can be found, but I politely disagree. Northern Boulevard, with all its humble storefronts where some of the best and tastiest hidden treasures can be found. I thought I knew where the best jjajangmyun, or black bean noodles, could be found, but in the time I’ve lived outside of New York, this noodle house has apparently and recently gained the reputation of the best jjajangmyun in town.

A very busy family-style place, and that’s a good thing! Does take a while for the food to come out, but the portions are huge and the quality is good.

Ever since 중국집 hasn’t been the greatest, this is my go-to jjajangmyun place. The portions are really big, and the staff is very friendly. We ordered jjajangmyun and tangsooyook. Tangsooyook was one of the best I’ve ever had. We had japchae bap to go, and it was not bad. I’d recommend getting tangsooyook for sure.

Honestly In ny, you can’t find this kind of authentic Korean Chinese restaurant no more. I don’t know where these bad reviews come from( I guess maybe services?) but taste is just amazing.

Food was great, service was great. The noodle just needs to be a little bit saltier for me. Portions were amazing, almost couldn’t finish it.

Had a lunch on12/26/2020. Of course seated outside and yes it’s freezing as Antarctica. Food was actually great until it cooled down eventually unable to chew. I recommend you to take home the food, please don’t take the risk I took.
