What a dump. This place needs a new owner, asap. And let’s not talk about the grump waiting on you at the window. The only reason I’m giving the food a 2 star review is because I still like their steak sandwich. Here’s a pic of my so called BLT.

The star is ONLY FOR THE STEAK SANDWICH.. OTHER than that, SERVICE NO STARS The older man was rude he did not greet nor say anything to us except the price. I ordered a SUPREME hot dog, 2 lg fries, 2 lg drinks and a steak sandwich and paid 37.00. The pic shows the hot dog BUT I had 2 bring it back, asking where is the lettuce and tomato. The cook lady said it was a supreme and i read to her what it says its supposed to come with. She starting mumblin and sayin it was 1.00 extra.. she gave it to the older man, i said thank u ..and again no response. Just a mean look. STILL NO TOMATO. Im done complaining 2 them. The drinks were 22 oz size cups? I ordered a large!! I order from them but had no problem when it was the younger guys.. no offense but this visit was not pleasant. I been comin here over 20 years. I dont think I am coming bk if we get unfriendly workers.

Where is the beef??? Two Kosom Burgers One steak sandwich 3 frys on soda 47 bucks. The steak sandwich is great. But the Burgers have a small frozen patty. You might want to stock smaller buns to fit your cheap piece of meat. You want to charge 8 bucks for this. Ridiculous.

Yeah this place sucks the older gentleman needs to go home… I’m not sure what’s going on with that ghetto menu with taped up prices … I think they charge whatever they want… this location in particular is just not a place to come I’d rather go across the street to star Burger much better prices and the girls in there are much much more alive and friendly

Horrible, nothing like it used to be. The bun was 2 sizes bigger than the patty. No taste, the french fries were good. They even charged us regular price for a cup of water and a cup of ice. Will not be going back.

The steak sandwiches may be good but I’m done with the old man and his nasty attitude. My family and I been coming here since I was a kid and things sure aren’t as they used to be. So if you can find the Kosmos truck over by the Downing Ave exit they have better food AND better service.
