What a splendid place to eat! Excellent rolls, these are top notch. House-made ramen and the Mango schrimp roll in photos. Do try the pork dumplings (Gyoza), light with a perfect sear. Best I’ve had outside of NY City, certainly best on the Eastern Shore.

Worst shrimp tempura roll I have ever had! The Philadelphia roll was salty and barely had any salmon, as you can see. I called the restaurant to tell them about it and the staff member I talked to was very rude and hung up on me.

Went for the all you can eat deal, the little lady and myself. Was not disappointed in the last. As many sushi rolls as you dare, plus access to appetizers, dinner items, dessert, plus three drinks, alcoholic or otherwise, made for an immensely enjoyable experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the decor modern and appealing, and the restroom was exceptionally clean. We plan to make Koto a regular destination when I come down to visit.

After some initial confusion with our order, once they started serving us, everything was great. The hibachi chef was excellent. The food was cooked perfectly, the filet mignon was particularly tender, and the portions generous. Pleasantly surprised.

My first experience was actually carry out. The Sushi was the best around! I was impressed with the layout and warmth of the restaurant. Friendly service! My only complaint was the Vegetable Tempura Appetizer was shockingly small for the price.

Best value for Japanese food on the eastern shore. All you can eat lunch and dinner menu that can’t be beat. Food is absolutely delicious. Weekly stop for me and my wife normally. Can’t say enough good things. You have to come in and have some great sushi and enjoy the atmosphere and the staff.
