I recently dined at Koto Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi in Syracuse, NY, and had an incredible time! The food was excellent, and our hibachi grill chef did an amazing job entertaining us throughout the meal. I highly recommend this place for large gatherings as they can accommodate many people while still delivering fantastic entertainment and a delicious meal. A must-visit spot!

Had a great time with my family. Celebrating my sister-in laws birthday. Server was very attentive and the hibachi chef was great. Very entertaining. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed the food. Wonderful atmosphere and good staff. Definitely recommend.

We had to wait until our entire party arrived to be seated. The service was satisfactory and the drinks were relatively strong. I have a weakness for the Hibachi experience but the volcano was sub par . The food was good though and my Hibachi chef tried to give the full experience. If you’re in Destiny Mall and have a hankering for sushi or Hibachi you should try Koto.

Ordered from the Express. My friend was in front of me. They ordered a hibachi I ordered sushi rolls (uncustomizable due to express) which was fine. My friend got theirs in five minutes. I waited a total of twenty. Watched people that were behind me get theirs. I dislike complaining but this is awful service..I came up and asked the girl at the register and mentioned that my friend got his already and was already done eating. She simply replied sorry and turned to her Co worker and mumbled something. Service just isn’t the same anymore. Will not go back, nor recommend.

Very nice atmosphere and attentive waitstaff. I chose Koto for our gathering because they had all the sushi I craved (and then some!) as well as plenty of non-seafood/Thai-inspired and other options, so that everyone could find something to like in the menu. No complaints!

I have never been to a Hibachi Restaurant before, this was thee best experience I had, in a long time. Your food is cooked freshly in front of you, while you sit back and enjoy the Chef dazzled you with his skills. The service was beyond perfect..the food OMG, it was finger licking good, the steak was done to my perfection. too much to tell you, you really have to come here and experience it for yourself. Seriously you will be making that trip for every special occasion and more…..all the dishes and desserts was just spot on, besides the services was top notch….I can ONLY say amazing compliments about this Hibachi restaurant ❤️ just go!!! You will not regret it. My photos will tell you the rest. And the fishes was awesome just to look at… the little girls was have such fun, just trying to touch them.
