We drove over to check out this place. Food was okay …..I would like to give them another try later…..it was lunchtime when we went….service was poor….I had to get up and go find someone to get a knife…..since server never came back by table. There was not a buffet when we were there….they was food on buffet that was being served as a plate lunch offer….that did not look to good so we ordered from menu. If they do offer a buffet I would like to try that before I total blow this place off as not worth the drive over to eat there.

While driving the Natchez Trace Parkway we got hungry and found Kountry Kitchen on google. We love these small mom and pop places and Kountry Kitchen did not disappoint. Excellent food choices with great southern flavor and taste. I highly recommend. People are very friendly also.

Great little roadside restaurant. We were passing through on a trip to Florida and decided to stop in. So glad we did. Fried chicken was very good as was the cornbread dressing, turnip greens, and my oh my, the candied yams were to die for. We shared a piece of strawberry cake that was good also. If you ever pass through Eupora, MS, you should stop and give them a try. We’ll definitely stop in anytime we pass through Eupora.

I’m telling you this is the best southern soul food you can get in this area. I know for a fact any time I revisit Mississippi I’ll be returning to this restaurant. I’d try the fish, chicken, mac’n cheese & sweet tea for sure. Yummy!!

I drove through town today with my sister and we stopped here. So glad we did! The food was fantastic. My sister does not like black eyed peas but she tried theirs and loved them. Wish I had their recipe. Thank you for such great service. Cant wait to come back.

For the most part, it is a good restaurant. However, the best thing my family and I liked were the hamburgers. They were real burger, thick and so big they would extend beyond the bun. It was hard to finish one. Now, they have some thin small excuse for a burger which reminds me of something a fast food place would have. For the price, it is no longer worth it and none of us have been back.
