I was in dire need of sushi and had to find a place in walking distance from the dealership/Target. Koze Sushi is in the same mini strip of store as It’s Boba Time, across from Sonic on Huntington. They just opened like three weeks ago! And the Chef is super friendly. The menu is super simple, with a few apps, noodle/rice entrees, sushi/nigiri, speciality rolls, and maki/hand rolls. Love the menu cuz it tells me that they specialize and care for in the dishes they have. Anyhow, I got the spicy tuna over crispy rice and the jalapeño yellowtail truffle roll. Granted, I was hungry af but I finished everything (misp soup included and declined a second bowl). Everything was delicious and fresh! I was the only one present at 4 pm, but everything came out quick too. I def will come back if I’m in the area!!

Wow! What an incredible place. I just saw this place for the first time last week and I had to come here. The quality of the fish was absolutely amazing. Also every rule that they made was impeccable. I definitely want to come back here with my friends and family. The prices were reasonable and I felt like they actually cared about the customer and wanted to make sure that I had a good time there. I really can’t say anything bad about this place, I highly recommend anybody that’s thinking about coming here to come try it. You won’t regret it.

Stopped by for a quick dinner after seeing some good reviews on Google. Glad I stopped in. It’s a cozy place and the owner George greeted me as soon as I came in. He got me started with hot green tea and miso soup while I looked over the menu. Both were good. I ordered a couple rolls and was pleased with both. I’m not one to take photos of my food but they looked and tasted great. Also stayed and chatted with George for a bit afterwards. Great place, I recommend folks check it out!
