This was my 2nd time experiencing a hot pot & Korean BBQ restaurant and I will say that I enjoyed KPOT. The quality of food was really good and I liked the additional food bar that was filled with spices, sauces, fruit and appetizers. The lunch is $19.99 per person & dinner is $29.99 per person all you can eat. Please pace yourself or you will be charged for any food you do not eat; you have 2 hours. What I did not like is that everyone in your party has to choose BBQ or hotpot. This restaurant will not allow you to switch it up unless you pay an additional $5 per person and then everyone has to do hot pot and BBQ even if you do not eat both of them. Taking away the option to choose if you want Hot pot or BBQ is not really good business practice and could affect this restaurant over time. However, the food was so good that I would go back again. Now I’m someone who has very bad allergies and take allergy shots, the smoke from the grill was taking my breath away and burning my eyes some because the vents are not above the grill and the air in the restaurant was moving the smoke all over the place so keep that in mind. I will say this restaurant is worth trying out. The wait staff were really nice and attentive.

We have been to Kpot several times and have loved every experience. Today was no exception. Jay was amazing: extremely attentive and accurate. All of our food came quickly and everything was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was great and the staff were so high energy. The music selection was wonderful. We will be back soon!!!

Wow! We came for the grand opening but we were beyond impressed at everything from the food to the service and the great drinks! Our server Amiya was the best! Loved the pork belly, we ordered it every way they made it and it was delicious! Great drink selection added a photo of the drink menu. I had some sake as well as a lot of soju. The bar to grab sauces and toppings are insane! They even have crab legs and really good chicken wings. We will be returning!

Food was great, but I’ll have to come back to try some more of the spice/sauce bar. If you eat here, the portions are AMAZING (it’s AYCE after all) but you’ll definitely want to learn how to season your stuff. There were some cool lil info cards above the Sauce bar which gave pointers and ideas, which was very nice and helpful. The staff is so friendly and helpful, our server Jay was kind and patient. He walked my group through the process and how best to cook certain items. And the speed with which everything came out was wild, we were still eating our first choices. And the second items we ordered started arriving, faster than we anticipated. The atmosphere is AMAZING, and the place is very spacious. Overall this was a fun experience and I’d definitely recommend folks try it and have fun.

Awesome service. Food was scrumptious … The only thing that was an issue was the floors were very slippery. Having worked in the restaurant industry for years, I felt like whoever mopped the front of the house, used a greasy back of the house mop. But, everything was delicious. And my service was impeccable.

Sooo… YUMMY!!! Awesome concept, great environment, everyone gets what they want and has fun! There’s so many different combinations to try and flavors to mix and match making it perfect for the whole family. We had a family dinner tonight and every single person left slap full and had a great time! Our server Chloe was an absolute sweetheart, attentive, and patient while she answered all our questions, took our orders, and navigated our mixed bunch consisting of 3 adults, 2 teenagers, and a six month old baby. Definitely will be back!!!

This past Thursday evening (by approximately around 525pm) my husband and I took a chance on ordering and eating some food from this KPot Norfolk Virginia location on Tidewater drive. We chose the barbecue dinner side option of the menu, (diners can choose both sides of the menu for an extra fee). Garlic, pineapple, king oyster mushroom, are among some of the options we chose from the sauce vegetable toppings bar. Garlic shrimp, smoke garlic pork belly, kpot steak, angus chuck flap tail are among some of the multiple meats my husband and I mutually agreed to try. Lucky for me, my husband is more of the better cook and the food came out tasty. Diners are given a two hour time limit (which I am guessing is maybe for the obvious reasons of time it might take to receive the meats, cook the meats, integrate the toppings together etc). The employees we interacted with, including the server were friendly and luckily my husband enjoyed the food. With humble intent I admit that luckily, I was able to easily pay for this food with money from my current workplace.

We just ate here 10 minutes ago and it was a blast! This korean bbq restaurant just opened and we had to try it out. Food portion is just right so that you’ll be able to taste every type of meat that they have to offer. Our server was James and he was very kind and attentive, he explained the whole process and it made it easy for us.
