I live in Montgomery, AL and I’m aware of the location downtown because I’ve been there before, but I DRIVE & eat at the PRATTVILLE location FAITHFULLY!!! That has been my go to spot since they first opened. They are very consistent, fast, & friendly. I’m such a regular that they already know my order without me telling them. My favorite part about the Prattville location is that they are NOT stingy with their sauce & their corn is always fresh! Hopefully Montgomery will one day get on Prattville’s level, but until then Prattville is the place to be!

The inside was nice but the tables are small. One worker didn’t provide a greeting when we walked in, she just kept sweeping while we stood at the counter. I ordered crab legs with boiled eggs and potatoes: Cajun spicy seasoning. My sister ordered shrimp Cajun spicy. The seasoning was okay. The sauce was too thick on both dishes. It was like a gravy consistency. My boiled egg was rubbery. Lastly, they aren’t clear and consistent about military discounts. One worker told us we need to be in uniform. However, overheard another worker stating not for retirees and only for active duty. This place was recommended by others. My experience might be a one time occasion. I might give it another try.

The quality of the food wasn’t what I expected. For a little over $109 per platter/pan, I expected more. Each platter could feed 5 ppl, which was really good. The customer service was pretty good. The quality of the food, not so much. The potatoes weren’t cooked to it’s entirety & the sausages were a little pink on the inside of both pans (Cajun & spicy lemon pepper). As far as flavor & taste, the spicy lemon pepper, was spicy as expected, but very bland.

Omg!!! A friend and I went, we both got the two crab clusters with shrimp, potatoes, and corn. Soooo reasonably priced and very tasty. Had a special request concerning my butter and they got me together no problem. Ms. Kennedy was really nice and customer service was A1.

Simple menu and simply delicious food! The customer service was excellent and patient as she led me through my dinner options. It only took a few minutes from when I ordered to walk out with a scrumptious platter of crab legs, shrimp, corn, potatoes, CHICKEN sausage, and a yummy egg. It was phenomenal! I’ll be back for sure and you definitely should visit.

My brother, my nephew and I were going to an Alabama football game and we stayed overnight in Prattville and were looking for a good place to eat, and we happened to cross your restaurant. We ordered various items from your menu. We were very surprised about the portion sizes, and the seasoning being on point for everything. In addition to the staff being so friendly and courteous, it was just a welcoming atmosphere all around. Us being from “ Florida “ , we’ve eaten our share of seafood over a lifetime. Can’t say enough good about this place. We will definitely visit again.

Ordered fried shrimp and fish meal yesterday, was surprise to have a butter sauce. The food and sauce was so good I had to go back today at a boil plate with butter sauce and extra piece of fish. Food is delicious staff and atmosphere is great as well.

Me and the family had a great time! Even though there were only 2 employees working, they both did a great job of multitasking with taking orders, cooking meals, and serving us! The food was good and we got a lot for our money!
